Job description:

• Support Maintenance team to prepare the machinery, coordinator for his shift members to ensure the production process continuously and meet the targets of productivity and quality standard.

Key responsibilities:

• Inspect production plan before receiving hand-over from the last shift, indicate kind of products and produced volume in his shift.
• Adjust process parameters to ensure product and consistency, such as feed formulation, grinding, mixing and pelleting.
• Coordinate or on behalf of Shift Leader to assign team members to work at bagging- off line and other positions suitably.
• Clarify and load materials into machines for production according to product recipes.
• Depend on kind of product code, to use and control a suitable equipment and tools applying for grinding and mixing.
• Monitor and adjust process parameters to maintain product quality and reduce variations.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe operating environment.
• Ensure all activities comply with environmental, health and safety regulations, reporting any incidents.
• Monitor safety-critical equipment and respond appropriately to alarms and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of process parameters, adjustments and production data.
• Prepare reports on key performance indicators, operational events.
• Communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams to coordinate machine downtime, repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Collaborate with field supervisors, maintenance teams and quality control to ensure seamless operations
• Clean up the workplace and machinery.
• Handle equipment, database starting and stopping activities during each designated shift.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot minor issues with equipment and processes.
• Identify areas for improvement to optimize feed quality, efficiency and minimize wastage.
• Coordinate maintenance teams for repairs, equipment calibration and preventive maintenance.

Education:

• At least the vocational degree in Mechanical Engineering or Grilling and Feed-mill manufacturing.
• Not required, but priority for candidates have experience in manufacturing company.
