Job description:

• Implement HSE Programs towards Company regulations and local law requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ensure that safety signage, protective equipment and emergency systems are properly maintained and readily available.
• Develop, Implement & monitor health, safety and environmental policies in accordance with local regulations and industry standards.
• Maintain documentation for regulatory compliance and reporting requirements.
• Ensure all employees are aware of and comply with HSE Policies and procedures.
• Organize and conduct HSE training session for employees on safe work practices, emergency response, and hazard identification.
• Develop training materials, conduct safety drills and ensure employees understand emergency procedures.
• Promote HSE awareness across the plant through regular updates, workshops and awareness programs.
• Record the HSE implementation schedule to HSE Manager/ Supervisor and report authorized personnel related to HSE activity.
• Lead investigations into accidents, incidents and near-misses to determine root cause and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare incident report and maintain records for audit purposes and regulatory compliance.
• Manage HSE document & follow up of non- specialised basic clinic task at plant in respect to Non – medical staff factory

Education:

• BA in Engineering (Mechanic; Electric; Environment; Labor protection)

• At least 03 years - experience in HSE field in manufacturing
