Job description:

You are responsible for giving clear and transparent transaction record in real time.

Key responsibilities:

• All VTS need to be opened and closed as per the transactions.

• PO creation in D365 for Rajpura and Assam.

• Purchase tracking in D365 for Assam and Rajpura

• Track, book and communicate all the transactions related to external production anywhere.

• Coordination with Production

• Coordination with QA/QC

• Coordination with assam operations team.

• Coordination with all the coordinators.

• Join daily/weekly/monthly progress and update meetings.

• Preparation of meeting minutes and sharing after the meeting.

• Checking physical stock with system

• Checking supplier’s bill as per purchase made.

• Helping in day closing with various departments
  
  Education:

•   Min graduate in any steam  
•   Min1-2 years of experience in similar role, should have good knowledge of computer,  ERP MS Office etc.
