Technical Manager (Veterinarian) - Dairy/Poultry/Swine

Job description:

To create substantial added value, translated into clear action plans to improve technical results on the farm and the breeding value chain as a whole

Key responsibilities:

TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO THE FARMER

• Develop technical training, support programs and seminars for farmers.
• Develop the knowledge and skills of technical sales support team(s)

DATA COLLECTION

• Manage the data collection of the farm animal and preparation and presentation of farm animal performance reports – including recommendations if necessary.

QUALITY

• Manage the feedback from milk processors regarding the quality by executing problem analyses and suggesting improvement plans.

SAFE FOOD CHAIN

• Cooperate and communicate with and educate stakeholders to educate farmers regarding safe milk production.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or similar level through working experience, major in a relating field of expertise
• MSc degree in Animal Sciences is a plus
